Form submissions are stored in two places: • A private Google Sheet accessible only to the Shipstead team • Email delivered to our internal inbox via Resend (resend.com) We retain your data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following sub-processors to operate this service: • Resend (email delivery) — resend.com • Google Sheets / Google Apps Script (lead logging) — google.com • Vercel (website hosting) — vercel.com • Calendly (meeting scheduling) — calendly.com Each of these providers maintains their own privacy and security standards.
6. Your Rights
